8.03 Miles Today

I rode around town today and took some video which I posted on my YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/oldtobypodcast.  I went 8.03 miles.  I am very tired.  I had no desire to take a ride this morning, but I want to push past a lot of those feelings so I can start being healthier.  Here are a few photos.
